Olnadysa Shipping Policy
At Olnadysa, all of our products are made-to-order and tailored to your specific requests. As a result, shipping timelines are as follows:
1. Production Time
• Once your order is placed, it will take approximately 3–7 days to schedule and complete production.
2. Shipping Time
• After production is complete, we will ship your order internationally to your country. Delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks.
• The total time from placing your order to receiving it is generally 14–21 days.
3. Possible Delays
• While we aim for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, strikes, or severe flight delays may occasionally extend shipping times. In rare cases, delivery may take up to one month.
4. Delay Compensation Policy
• If your order is delayed and not received within 35 days, you may request a full refund.
• Even if the product eventually arrives after the refund has been issued, we will not ask you to return it.
