• Custom-made products are created specifically for you and are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a significant quality issue.

• Minor shifts in print positioning may result from measurement variations.
• These are normal and within acceptable standards and do not qualify as quality defects.
2. Non-Custom Products
• Non-custom items may be returned, but they must be shipped to Olnadysa’s warehouse in the United States.
• The items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
